working principle
The main component of the Yingkuang wet energy-saving ball mill is a cylinder with a small diameter and a large length. It is rotated slowly through a transmission device. The material is fed from the feeding end of the cylinder. In the cylinder, due to the throwing of steel balls and the ore itself Impact and self-grinding, materials can be crushed. As materials are continuously fed, the pressure causes the materials in the cylinder to move from the feeding end to the discharge end. Materials that reach the final product size are discharged from the discharge end of the cylinder. During wet grinding, the material is taken out by the water flow; during dry grinding, the material is taken out by the air flow. The grid energy-saving ball mill has a discharge grid at the discharge end.
Relying on the grid plate to force the ore to be discharged, the slurry surface in the cylinder is low, which reduces the over-grinding of the ore and prevents the discharge of steel balls. Under the same production conditions, the production capacity is higher than that of the overflow ball mill. Rolling bearings are used at both ends of the cylinder instead of sliding bearings, which saves significant energy.
