The main difference lies in the different auxiliary parts selected for energy saving and consumption reduction. In addition, the conical type barrel The body structure has a cone design. The overflow ball mill has no ore discharge grid design. When grinding, the ore will gradually move toward the discharge port according to the feeding of materials until it reaches the overflow weir and then be discharged. Therefore, the material stays in the barrel of the ball mill for a long time and is discharged. The ore speed is slower, but the grinding particle size is finer than the grid type, and the general particle size range is less than 0.2mm.

3. Rod mill for nickel ore grinding machine

Rod mills used in nickel ore grinding machines are mostly wet rod mills. They are different from ball mills in that the medium used in the cylinder is steel rods. When processing 19~30mm materials, they can be well ground to 6~6mm. 10 mesh, due to the characteristics of the steel rod, can perform selective grinding operations. Generally, coarse-grained minerals are ground first, and then smaller-grained minerals are ground, which can effectively avoid excessive wear.

Rod mills can generally be used in the fine crushing stage of nickel ore, and can also be used in the coarse grinding stage. When the grinding particle size requirement in one operation is from 20 to 6 mm to 3 to 1 mm or when there are soft impurities in the nickel ore, Rod mill can be selected.
