2. Technical features of JJF-10 flotation machine

High-efficiency stirring system

Adopting backward-inclined double-blade impeller design, the slurry suspension rate reaches more than 95%, avoiding the sinking phenomenon. The impeller linear speed is 6.6m/s, which can effectively crush bubbles to a diameter range of 0.5-2mm.

Self-priming energy-saving design

Automatically inhaling air by negative pressure through the centrifugal force of the impeller saves 15%-20% energy compared with the traditional compressed air flotation machine. The unique stator structure makes the bubbles evenly distributed and the mineral recovery rate is increased by 3%-5%.

Modular tank structure

The tank is welded with 16Mn steel plate and lined with wear-resistant rubber (thickness 12mm), which can be quickly disassembled and replaced. Equipped with a liquid level automatic control interface for easy integration of intelligent control systems.

Wide adaptability

By adjusting the impeller immersion depth (adjustable 150-300mm) and the air intake, it can adapt to the roughing/sweeping operations of various metal minerals such as copper, lead, zinc, and gold. The selected particle size range is -0.074mm, accounting for 60%-85%.

3. Application suggestions for JJF-10 flotation machine

This model is suitable for medium-sized ore dressing plants (daily processing capacity 500-2000 tons), and it is recommended to match 4-6 units to form a flotation unit. In actual use, it is necessary to maintain the slurry concentration at 25%-35%, and the pH value is preferably adjusted in the range of 8.5-12.0.
