I. Equipment selection and technical parameters

The quartz ball mill is recommended to use the MQY2740 model, with a cylinder diameter of 2.7 meters, a length of 4 meters, equipped with a 132kW motor, and a processing capacity of 10-12 tons/hour. The spiral classifier is recommended to use the FG-12 model, with a spiral diameter of 1200mm and an inclination of 18°, forming a closed-loop circulation system with the ball mill. Key parameters include:

Feed particle size: ≤25mm

Discharge fineness: 200 mesh pass rate ≥90%

Circulation load rate: 150%-200%

II. System process optimization

Crushing stage: Jaw crusher crushes the raw ore to ≤25mm

Grinding and classification: Ball mill and spiral classifier form a closed-circuit system, and the return sand ratio of the classifier is controlled at 40%-60%

Energy consumption control: The unit energy consumption of the whole system should be ≤18kWh/ton

Water quality management: The slurry concentration is maintained at 60%-65%, and a dewatering screen is required


III. Key technical innovations

Wear-resistant lining design: High chromium alloy lining is used, with a service life of more than 8,000 hours

Intelligent control system: Real-time monitoring of mill current, classifier overflow concentration and other parameters through PLC

Energy-saving transformation: Rubber lining is added to the spiral blade to reduce power consumption by 15%
