How to deal with abnormal heating of the ball mill?

1. The oil seal of the ball mill is faulty, the gasket is damaged, the oil volume is too much, the oil plug is loose, and the oil mark is unclear. The oil seal should be replaced, the standard gasket should be replaced, the appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be added, the oil plug should be tightened, and the oil mark should be replaced.

2. The ball mill is overloaded, the lubricating oil is too little or too much, the lubricating oil is of poor quality and unqualified, the oil seal friction is too large, and the output shaft is improperly connected to the transmission device. It should be adjusted to the appropriate load or a large machine should be selected. Add the appropriate lubricant according to the instructions, add the appropriate lubricant after unloading the oil, drip a few drops of lubricant on the oil seal, and adjust it to the appropriate position.

3. The ball mill lubricant is not suitable, the lubricant is insufficient, the bearing is damaged, and the operating temperature is too high. Replace the appropriate lubricant, add the appropriate lubricant as required, replace the bearing, and improve the ventilation environment.
